This private app uses authorized, read-only TikTok and Meta (Instagram through Facebook Login) access to show account profile information, follower and engagement counts, and public media information and account insights for internal analytics. It does not request publishing, messaging or comment-management permissions.
We store connection tokens, analytics and necessary operational records in our self-hosted environment. We do not store social account passwords or sell collected data. Access is limited to authorized operators. Any use of collected social data with an external AI service must be reviewed and disclosed before activation.
You can revoke access through the relevant social platform and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of stored information. Revoking access stops future collection but does not automatically delete existing records. Protected backup copies expire through backup rotation.
Retention: analytics records are kept for 30 days, with hourly cleanup and analytics collection error details for 7 days, with hourly cleanup. Connection tokens are deleted when the account is disconnected. On a verified deletion request, associated live records are deleted within 7 days. Protected backups retain up to seven recovery sets; deletion requests must be reapplied if a backup is restored. We rely on our legitimate interests in understanding and securing our own social accounts. Where applicable, you may object to processing, request restriction or portability, and complain to your data protection authority.
